SHIPPING POLICIES.

When you place an order with Asian-art-shop, we will estimate delivery
dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping
options you have chosen. Once you've placed your order, you will be able
to see delivery date estimate in the order tracking portion of your
client account. Estimates are based on our own personal experience with
our carriers and are by no means binding. Please note that shipping can
be delayed due to unexpected economic circumstances, Custom regulations,
Custom inspections, accidents beyond our control, local delivery
failure, ect... We can not be held responsible for items arriving later
then estimated, nor can this be a reason to return or forfeit the
purchase.
Since we are situated in Asia we can not provide overnight delivery in
Europe and the USA.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are
weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To
reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will
be rounded up to the next full pound. The Weight of the item has
standard packing included.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We provide a customer satisfaction guarantee of 7 (seven) days after
delivery of your order. This guarantee only applies if you are not happy
with the product we provided.
Natural variations in color, size, weight, texture due to the handmade
nature of our products do not warrant any claim in damage or refund of
our products.
Please use following procedure:
Contact us immediately at
Sales@Asian-art-shop.com with your request for a refund
detailing the reason so we can serve our customers better.
We will issue u with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
which has to be marked on the shipping slip of the packet together with
the letters RMA clearly marked on the packet.
Return the item to us in 7 days (acceptance date of packet)
Your order needs to be sent back to us in the same original condition,
repacked in the original packing with all parts included.
Please note that return shipping cost is at your expense. We will also
not refund the original shipping cost to you. We however have no
restocking fee.
We will issue a full refund provided following conditions are met:
- Item arrives in its original
condition so it can be resold.
- Day of return shipment is not later
then 7 days after receipt of original packet.
- NO parts are missing, damaged in any
way.
You can claim your refund in different
ways:
We give you the value of your purchase as credit in our store. Including
shipment cost for a new similar product for free. Not exceeding the
value of your original purchase
We refund your credit card minus the original shipping cost and minus a
2$ refund charge.
DAMAGED GOODS

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping.
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please
refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find
shipping damage, please contact

immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw
anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you
will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive
credit for the return.
We require photographic proof of shipping damage to our product. This
needs to be provided to
Sales@Asian-art-shop.com as soon as possible after delivery of
the damaged item.

We will discuss with you the procedure to follow if we accept your
damage claim. In this case we will decide either two ways:
· We will send you a new item straight away to the same shipping address
as your original shipment
· We will give you an RMA number and ask you to ship the item back at
our cost. When we receive the item we will resend you a new item or
refund your credit card.
WRONG GOODS DELIVERED OR MISSING AN ITEM.

First of all, Please check your packing slip and your invoice against
your order print out, or logon to our site and look at your Order
tracking page.
When you indeed have wrong goods or items missing, please contact
Sales@Asian-art-shop.com
as soon as possible.
We will send out the items as soon they become available or refund you
the missing items.
BACKORDERS
In case of backordered items existing in your order together with items
in stock.
We would contact you to ask if we have to hold shipping until complete
or release your order for shipment and send your backorders later. This
however would add extra shipping cost.
A single backorder item order will be mailed to us. We will contact you
later when the item is available again.
YOUR ASIAN-ART-SHOP.COM CUSTOMER NUMBER AND NAME

Your customer number can be found on your invoice or mailing labels.
Please use the same customer number and name whenever you contact us. If
you know that you have created more than one customer account, please
let us know so that we may correct this.
APO AND FPO ADDRESSES

Currently we do not accept APO and FPO orders. All Shipment cost has to
be prepaid before the order is accepted and sent out.
PRICE AND/OR DESCRIPTION CHANGES

All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site and all other
Asian-art-shop.com publications are subject to change.
Asian-art-shop.com maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors.
In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications,
Asian-art-shop.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its
sole discretion. Please contact us within 7 days regarding price or
promotion discrepancies.
